Single-Tenant Properties

While JL Management has occasionally developed and held single tenant properties, they have not made up too large of a percentage of our portfolio until recent years. Since 2012, we have been adding more and more stand alone operations to our portfolio with a large degree of success. Our focus has been in QSR (fast food) and dollar stores.

We own and operate a growing collection of QSR locations nationwide. Brands include KFC, Krystal Burger, Carl’s Jr., and Taco Bell.
